Details of operating hours for Council during the festive season.
Customer service centre
818 Pacific Highway, Gordon
Council's customer service centre will be closed for person-to-person transactions from Friday 22 December 2023 from 12.30pm to Tuesday 2 January 2024 inclusive.
Customer service will reopen Tuesday 2 January.

The Call centre will close 12.30pm, Friday 22 December.
It will reopen Wednesday 27 to Friday 29 December, 8.30am-5pm for phone calls, emails and live chat.

- Tuesday 2 January 2024: Customer service and call centre resume normal hours Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5pm.
No changes to waste collections
There will be no changes to the waste collection schedule over the festive season. Please place bins out on your regular collection day including Christmas Day and New Years Day.
