Learn guitar in Roseville
We offer nine-week term and holiday school holiday classes for all ages from 7 years up. All levels of experience are welcome. Our guitar tutor is highly trained and experienced and passionate about teaching.
You'll need to bring your own guitar and if you don't have one visit your local music shop to find the right guitar that suits you.

Classes
Guitar for kids 7-11 years
An introduction to the guitar for children aged 7 to 11 years. Students will learn basic technique and chords, lead melody exercises as well as popular songs in a relaxed approach. Great for students who have never played guitar previously but are keen to learn. *Own guitar required.
Thursdays, 4pm - 5pm
Tutor - Toby Fredkin. $250 per 9 week term
Guitar for teens (beginners) 12+ years
A beginners introduction to the guitar, targeted to students aged 12 years and older. Structured for teens who are both beginners or have minimal experience with the guitar. Students will learn good technique, basic chords, lead melody exercises as well as popular songs in a relaxed approach. *Own guitar required.

Guitar for teens (extension) 12+ years
This course is structured for kids aged 12 and older who have had some experience on the guitar previously, and who already have a grasp on some fundamental chords. This course will focus on developing skills through learning an array of different contemporary and popular songs, as well as developing improvisation skills. A great course to start getting ready to begin your own band! *Own guitar required.

Guitar for beginners (adults)
A beginner’s introduction to the guitar, targeted and structured for adults. You will learn techniques, basic chords, lead melody exercises as well as popular songs with a relaxed approach. The perfect introduction to learning an instrument for those who always wish they learned guitar when they were at school. *Own guitar required.

Guitar extension (adults)
This course is aimed at advanced guitarists with a solid knowledge and understanding of the guitar, who are comfortable with chords and lead melody exercises. It is designed for those who wish to develop and hone their skills through learning an array of contemporary songs. *Own guitar required.
Thursdays, 8pm - 9.30pm
