Introduction to bushcare workshop

A practical course for new environmental volunteers or those looking to brush up on their knowledge.

You will learn:

• Bush regeneration principles.

• Site impacts and the importance of habitat.

• Basic plant identification (weeds and natives).

• Overview of weed treatment and disposal techniques.

• How to stay safe in the bush. 

Morning tea provided - please BYO keep cup. 

This event willbe held on two separate dates, you only need to attend on one of these dates.

Do not attend if tested positive for Covid-19 OR presenting with flu-like symptoms.

Wet weather instructions: In the event of cancellation due to extreme weather, email notification to be sent out by 7am on the day of the event. Event will go ahead in light rain conditions.
