Our casual classes are friendly, inclusive and MOTIVATING! Suitable for all fitness levels (beginners to advanced), you can choose from a range of virtual, small group classes.
Instructors are very supportive and some have lived experience. Classes are typically 40-50 minutes long depending on the class type and include Body Circuit, Abs, Butt Thighs, Flow Yoga and Yin Yoga. No equipment is needed (a yoga mat is helpful and weights optional) and you won’t need much space at all - the length of a yoga mat or 2x2m is suitable. Classes are paid for in advance and can be purchased in blocks of 1, 3, 6 or 9 and are valid for 6 months. They are accessed via our class booking and payment app which you will need to download once you go through our getting started process.
