About the project

Council invites comment from the community on an amendment to Part 13 of the Ku-ring-gai Development Control Plan (KDCP).

A minor amendment is proposed to strengthen existing Development Controls within Part 13, specifically around compliance measures taken against illegal tree removal.

The KDCP amendment and supporting material will be on public exhibition from Monday 27 October 2025 to Monday 24 November 2025.
