Thank you for your interest in lodging a Pre-DA application.

Please note: Due to its popularity, the current processing time for pre DA’s is 4-6 weeks following the initial quality review of the application. This is to ensure we continue to provide quality service and advice.

Temporary Change to Pre-DA Consultation Service

To uphold our commitment to delivering a high-quality service and ensure timely processing of existing applications, the Pre-Development Application (Pre-DA) consultation service will be temporarily unavailable from 1 November 2025 to 9 January 2026.

This pause aligns with the upcoming holiday period, during which there is an increase in staff leave and office closures. It also allows our team to focus on progressing outstanding applications and maintaining service standards.

Pre-DA consultation lodgements will resume from 12 January 2026.
