Turramurra Veterinary Hospital is an independent, family-owned veterinary hospital that has been caring for pets and families across the Hornsby Ku-ring-gai community for 20 years. Our experienced team provides comprehensive veterinary care and on-site puppy training, with a commitment to treating every pet as though they were our own. Beyond the hospital, we are proud to support our community through local school fundraising events, school fundraising events, sporting club sponsorship and wildlife care.

West Pymble Pharmacy has proudly served the local community since 1958. As an independent community pharmacy, we combine personal, trusted care with modern clinical services, innovative technology and a strong commitment to supporting local schools, sporting clubs, charities and community organisations.

Our role now extends well beyond traditional dispensing. We provide vaccinations, travel health consultations, medication management, wound care, health screening and an expanding range of pharmacist-led clinical services, while continuing to offer the familiar, personal service our community has valued for generations.

Winning Outstanding Pharmacy is an enormous honour because it reflects the trust and support of the community we serve every day. Our team has worked hard to demonstrate that an independent local pharmacy can remain deeply personal while also leading the profession through innovation, expanded clinical services and new models of patient care. We have never wanted to become simply a place where people collect medication. We want to be a trusted health destination where people feel known, supported and confident that we will go the extra mile for them.

This award belongs to our entire team. It recognises the care they show every patient, the relationships they have built with local families and the pride they take in representing West Pymble. It is also particularly meaningful because West Pymble Pharmacy previously won this award in 2023. The Village Chef by Meals on Wheels is a not-for-profit community organisation providing nutritious meals, social connection and wellbeing programs to older Australians and vulnerable members of the community across the Northern Beaches, Ku-ring-gai and Hornsby local government areas. More than just a meal provider, we support people to live independently, stay connected and thrive through innovative community initiatives, dedicated volunteers and strong partnerships with local businesses, community organisations and government.
