HKYN Mental Health Youth Forum 2022
Ku-ring-gai Council organises the annual Hornsby-Ku-ring-gai Mental Health Youth Forum. This year, over 200 students attended the Forum at Macquarie University. The forum is a community initiative that empowers young people to facilitate, support and advocate for positive conversations about mental health. Participants learn about coping mechanisms and positive approaches that can be implemented within the school and home environments. All local high schools were invited and students were nominated by their schools to be representatives.
