You can pay online using your credit card. MasterCard, Visa and American Express are accepted. A merchant fee of 0.75 per cent applies.

BPAY and BPAY view

Pay online from your cheque or savings account using BPAY. Simply log on to your internet banking service, select the bill payment option.

You can also use BPAY to pay your rates over the phone. Call your bank and follow their instructions - quick and easy!

BPAY View® - a new option for managing your rates payments.

Register for BPAY View® and receive, pay and store your rate notices in your online banking. BPAY View sends your rate notices straight to the online bank you use to pay them. It sends email, SMS or bank message reminders* and has secure online or mobile access.

Registration

Sign up today in 3 simple steps:

  1. Log into your online banking account.
  2. Look for the BPAY View® or View Bills section.
  3. Register to receive your Ku-Ring-Gai Council rate notice by entering:
  • Biller Code: 72694.
  • BPAY View registration number as shown in the payments option area of your rate notice.
  • Your name exactly as it appears in the first line from the address block on your rate notice.

You will then receive an email advising you of your registration.

Note: Paper rate notices will no longer be issued once you have registered with BPAY View®.

Receiving your rate notice

Your financial institution will send an email notification when a rate notice is issued.

When you log into internet banking, your rate notice will be available to view and pay.

Your electronic rate notice will look the same as the printed version and you can print and save copies.

Pay at your local post office

You can pay at any branch of Australia Post with cash, cheque or EFTPOS. Credit cards not accepted.

Pay over the phone

Call 1300 885 175, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. A merchant fee of 0.75 per cent for Visa, MasterCard and American Express applies.

Pay by cheque

Make your cheque payable to Ku-ring-gai Council, cross ‘Not Negotiable’ and post to Locked Bag 1006, Gordon NSW 2072.

No receipt will be issued. Please retain the top section of your notice.

Pay in person at Customer Service

Bring your rates notice to our Customer Service Centre on Level 4, 818 Pacific Highway, Gordon.

You can pay by cheque, credit card or EFTPOS. A merchant fee will apply if paying by credit card.

You can now register to receive your rates and instalment notices by email.

Register to receive rates by email

To register or de-register you will need a recent rates or instalment notice to enter some security information for verification purposes.

Please note that the registration/de-registration process is managed by our service provider, Print Mail Logistics, and you will be directed to a secure site managed by this service provider. Registration/de-registration confirmation emails will also be from Print Mail Logistics on behalf of Ku-ring-gai Council.
