Ku-ring-gai residents are invited to comment on the following documents:

Draft Revised Resourcing Strategy 2023-2033(PDF, 2MB)

This includes a 10 year financial plan showing options for funding such as a general rate increase, otherwise known as a special rate variation. The Resourcing Strategy also includes a 10 year asset management strategy and a 4 year workforce management strategy. It’s a long-term plan showing how the Council will fund projects and services and manage its resources including employees. Read a summary of what's proposed.

Draft Revised Delivery Program 2022-2026 and Operational Plan 2023-2024(PDF, 6MB)

The Delivery Program and Operational Plan outlines what Council plans to achieve in the 2023-2024 financial year. It includes an annual budget, revenue policy, capital works program and operational projects. Read a summary of what’s proposed.

Draft Fees and Charges for 2023-2024(PDF, 3MB)

This document outlines fees and charges payable by the public for use of Council facilities and services in 2023-2024. It includes items such as development levies, car parking charges, recreational facilities and lease fees.

All these documents link to Ku-ring-gai Community Strategic Plan, which is a broad statement prepared with the community on future goals and aspirations for Ku-ring-gai. View the Community Strategic Plan.

The documents are on public exhibition from Monday 24 April 2023 to Monday 22 May 2023.

Printed copies of the documents are available at the Council’s Customer Service Centre at 818 Pacific Highway Gordon and any Ku-ring-gai Library.
