Due to Christmas and New Year, DAs and other applications may require an extended notification period. Applications requiring the 30 day notification period when lodged between 10 December 2020 - 14 January 2021 and DAs requiring a 14 day notification period lodged between 10 December 2020 - 30 January 2021 are extended to 15 February 2021. Applications lodged in this period may be further extended to comply with Council’s Community Participation Plan. Amendments to undetermined applications received between 10 December to 31 December 2020 that require re-notification will be extended for 21 days.
