Frog spotlighting and encounter

Join us for a fun and froggy adventure after dark at Ku-ring-gai Wildflower Garden!

As part of FrogID Week, we'll head out on a ranger-led night walk to discover the fascinating world of frogs that call our Gardens home. Keep your eyes peeled and ears open as we explore frog-attracting ponds and habitats, using the FrogID app to record frog calls and seeing how many different species we can find along the way!

Then meet our very own green tree frog ambassadors and learn about their amazing adaptations, the challenges frogs face in the wild, and simple ways you can help protect these incredible little amphibians.

Perfect for families and nature lovers of all ages, this is a great opportunity to explore the bush after dark, contribute to real frog research, and get to know our wonderful froggy neighbours. Bring your spotlight, your curiosity, a good pair of walking shoes, and your best frogging ears. Hop to it!

Suitable for ages 6+.
