The NSW Government gazetted the Transport Oriented Development (TOD) on Monday 29 April, with the changes to commence on Monday 13 May.
Land to which the policy applies has been identified on maps adopted by the Housing SEPP. NSW Government will make the maps available on the NSW Planning Portal Spatial Viewer within 3 business days after the amendments to the Housing SEPP are published. Once available, you will be able to type in your address to see if the TOD controls apply to your property.
