Celebrate arts, culture and creativity in Ku-ring-gai throughout the months of June and July.

This winter, immerse yourself Ku-ring-gai’s vibrant arts and cultural scene of Ku-ring-gai with the Ku-ring-gai Arts and Cultural Festival.

The festival includes a range of exciting events designed to inspire and entertain people of all ages.

From local exhibitions and theatre performances to creative workshops and art lessons, there is something for everyone.

“Ku-ring-gai is home to a thriving arts and cultural scene, with a range of amazing community groups, galleries, orchestras and art schools enriching our community,” Mayor Christine Kay said.

“The Ku-ring-gai Arts and Cultural Festival aims to increase awareness and appreciation of arts and culture in our region.

“The winter festival showcases the range of artistic and cultural pursuits available to residents and visitors.

“I encourage everyone to warm up their winter by participating in this fantastic festival.”

Festival highlights include:

  • Ku-ring-gai Youth Orchestra’s ‘Cadence & Caprice’ concert
    Enjoy a performance featuring Dukas’ La Péri Fanfare, Tchaikovsky’s Capriccio Italien, Hindson’s RPM, and Rimsky-Korsakov’s Capriccio Espagnol.
  • Ku-ring-gai Inspired Art Exhibition at KAB Gallery
    An exhibition of original paintings inspired by the Ku-ring-gai landscape and community.
  • 2025 Ravenswood Australian Women’s Art Prize
    A prestigious art competition celebrating the work of Australian women artists.
  • Sanskriti Indian Dance School Open Day
