Planning Proposal 77 Kulgoa Road, Pymble

The Planning Proposal seeks to change the planning standards that apply to the site:

• rezone the subject site from C4 Environmental Living to R2 Low Density Residential;
• amend the mapped Floor Space Ratio development standard from 0.2:1 to 0.3:1; and
• the Minimum Lot Size development standard from 1,500m2 to 930m2.

The Planning Proposal and supporting material will be on public exhibition from Friday 26 September 2025 to Monday 13 October 2025.
