Terms and conditions for Active Ku-ring-gai

• Active Ku-ring-gai programs are non-refundable. Credits and refunds will not be permitted if a participant is unable to attend the session/s due to personal reasons. A credit or refund may be considered in the event that a participant is unable to attend due to extenuating circumstances. 
• If an Active Ku-ring-gai session is cancelled due to instructor availability, or wet weather, a credit will automatically be applied to the participant's account for the value of the cancelled session. 
• Transfers between programs running in the same Term may be considered, providing that places are available. 
• If you are unwell, please do not visit the venue or attend the class.
