Cultural awareness and painting workshop

"Your story is part of a bigger picture."

This year Ku-ring-gai Art Centre is celebrating NAIDOC week with a collaborative, group workshop with the talented Peta-Joy Williams.

Peta-Joy will share her culture, her language, and the history of her practice while you reflect on your own roots and stories.

Everyone will work on their own mini canvases to tell their individual personal stories using Aboriginal Symbols. Then each canvas will come together, to tell a bigger story showing all our stories are part of a bigger picture.
