Extra help with exercising - Wednesdays at Gordon

Come and enjoy a new fitness class for seniors at Gordon Library Meeting Room led by physiotherapist Jenni Reed. Classes will improve your muscle strength, enhance your flexibility and balance and help to reduce the risk of falls and injuries.

These exercise classes are specifically designed for those needing extra support to help them to regain and maintain their fitness.

Carers are welcome to accompany their loved one and may join in the exercises. You will only be charged for one person of each pair.

This is a dementia-friendly activity.

There is ample parking in Gordon and cafes nearby for a 'recovery coffee".

Free trial class for new participants.

Transport is available through Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Community Transport.

Free transport is also available to and from exercise classes even if you are not registered with My Aged Care. This is a new program called CTO Early Intervention Program (although, this is not available to people who are already registered with My Aged Care) and is administered by Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Community Transport.

Phone 9983 1611 for transport details.
