KAB Gallery - Ku-ring-gai Inspired Art Exhibition

An exhibition of original paintings inspired by Ku-ring-gai landscape and community. The exhibition brings together celebrated Australian artists who have created works responding to the unique Ku-ring-gai area. Jacki Fewtrell-Gobert captures the warmth of homely interiors which echo the character of local homes nestled in the area's suburbs. Penelope Oates explores the rugged beauty of the bush landscapes with her expressive mark-making, reflecting the layered textures of the region. Kelly-Anne Love celebrates local fauna in vibrant detail, honouring the wildlife that call this area home. Together with other artists including Sally West, Katerina Apale, Mel Bling, Jo Waite and Sergio Sill this is a group exhibition curated by Kerry-Anne Blanket as a heartfelt tribute to the place, people, and visual beauty of the Ku-ring-gai area.
