Learn how to prepare and centre your ball of clay and throw different shapes to create bowls, cups and vessels ready to glaze and fire.

Handcraft your own pots, cups and bowls as you learn to use the potter’s wheel and marvel at your finished, glazed and fired piece.

Levels: 1-2 (Beginner - Competent)

Please note, clay is not included in the term fees. Clay can be purchased in class or online.

A standard adult enrolment for one full 9-week term is $420. For pensioners with a current pension card, the fee is discounted to $315. Alternatively, if you would like to book an additional course in the same Term, please contact the Art Centre for a discount code to apply to your second course booking.
