Changes to Council meetings
We recently introduced key changes on how we conduct Council meetings. These changes are required by the NSW Government and are outlined in Council's Code of Meeting Practice.

The main changes are:
- Council meetings are held monthly on Tuesdays from 7pm.
- A monthly public forum was introduced. The forum gives the public the opportunity to speak on Council Meeting agenda items, or any other matters in the public interest.
- Agendas for the monthly Council meetings are publicly available from the Wednesday preceding the public forum. View Business Papers and agendas.
Monthly Council meetings are streamed live here on our website.

On 14 August 2020 an amendment prepared by the Office of Local Government was prescribed under the Local Government (General) Regulation 2005 that requires all councils to retain recordings of meetings on their websites for at least 12 months. View live stream recordings for past meetings.
