The popular Eco Festival is back this September, packed with workshops, expert talks, children’s activities, guided bushwalks and information sessions on cleaner, greener living.

Organised by Ku-ring-gai Council, the month-long festival is designed to connect, inspire, educate, and empower the community to embrace sustainable living.

Ku-ring-gai Mayor Christine Kay said the festival provided an opportunity to learn practical and innovative ways to live a more sustainable lifestyle.

“Come along to the Eco Festival and learn new ways to support and protect our local environment, reduce your household’s environmental footprint, learn new skills and have a lot of fun along the way,” Mayor Kay said.

“Sustainability is at the heart of what we do, and this festival is all about empowering residents with the tools and knowledge to live more sustainably each and every day.”
