This year’s ceremony will hold added significance as we commemorate the 125th anniversary of the Australian Army and Navy. Across generations, Australian servicemen and women have answered the call of duty, defended our freedoms and protected the values we hold dear. This significant anniversary is an opportunity to honour their enduring legacy, remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice, and give thanks to all who have served, and continue to serve, our nation.
