Sydney Trail Series returns to St Ives Showground on 13 September, 11 October and 8 November 2026, with 7km, 10km, 24km and 30km trail runs through Ku-ring-gai National Park for all ages and abilities.

Since 2013, Sydney Trail Series has been bringing trail runners of all ages and abilities onto Sydney's most iconic bushland tracks. This spring, the series returns to St Ives Showground for three race days - 13 September, 11 October and 8 November 2026 - taking in the diverse trails of the St Ives Wildflower Gardens and Ku-ring-gai National Park.

Runners can choose from 7km, 10km, or 24km courses (with a 30km option at the final race), ranging from scenic single trail along Cowan Creek to more technical, steep terrain for experienced athletes. The event caters to first-timers and seasoned trail runners alike, with aid stations on course, a free post-race breakfast and a prize ceremony for category winners and series bundle entrants.

St Ives Showground offers ample on-site parking, with public transport options via nearby Mona Vale Road bus stops, depending on your race start time.
