The Tech Savvy Seniors Program offers introductory hands-on classes with no prior digital experience required.

In partnership with the State Library of NSW and Telstra, these face-to-face training sessions will teach you how to get the most out of your smartphone or tablet.

Gordon Library, Wednesday 21 October, 12pm - 2pm

By the end of this session, you’ll be able to

• Explain what a smartphone is and list common things it can do.
• Identify your phone’s key physical features.
• Turn your phone on/off and unlock it.
• Navigate the home screen, open apps, and find Settings, Messages and Contacts.
• Adjust basic settings like brightness, text size and volume to suit your needs.
