To rezone the site to R3 Medium Density Residential; amend the maximum building heights ranging from 9.5m to 22m and amend the maximum FSR to 0.75:1 under Ku-ring-gai LEP 2015.

The Sydney North Planning Panel (SNPP) Public meeting was held on Friday 15/12/23. Presentations were made to the Panel by the community, Council, and proponent. The SNPP will now make their final decision on the proposal.

This planning proposal seeks to amend the Ku-ring-gai Planning Scheme Ordinance (KPSO) to:

  1. include a clause and associated map relating to biodiversity protection;
  2. include a clause and associated map relating to riparian lands and waterways;
  3. delete existing heritage clauses and replacing them with the standard instrument LEP heritage conservation clause;
  4. include a heritage conservation areas map;
  5. add additional definitions and amend existing definitions to support the new clauses.
