Happy brain, happy life expo

The Happy Brain, Happy Life Expo will provide a wealth of information about brain health and dementia for anyone who is concerned about or affected by dementia.

Dr Diana Matovic from Macquaire University will talk about how to keep your brain healthy as you age, maintain mental wellbeing and social connections and reduce your risk of dementia.

Organisations that provide services and activities will also be on hand to answer your questions. There will be plenty of time for attendees to talk to stallholders and enjoy lunch. After lunch we will also have a speaker talking about her personal experience of 'Living well with dementia'.
