This course provides a structured studio environment for exploring a range of printmaking techniques, including relief, intaglio, and monotype. Through demonstrations, guided support and dedicated work time, participants refine their approach to tools, materials and presses while developing their own projects. The class encourages experimentation, craftsmanship and creative growth, offering space for each artist to work at their own pace and level of experience.
Materials list:
- Basic tool set (lino cutters)
- Respiratory mask/gloves for clean-up
- Sharpies/permanent marker
- Tracing paper
- Lino (silk cut 10x10 or larger)
- A2 sheet of acetate
- Paper (recommended: Fabriano, Stonehenge, Bfk Rives, Arches, Somerset, Canson Hahnemule 180-280GSM A3-A1)
