Interface Study

The Ku-ring-gai Interface Planning Study is a detailed assessment of higher density zonings impact on adjoining low density lands.  The study was a basis for zoning changes and other planning strategies to be incorporated into the LEP.

An updated Retail and Commercial Centres Strategy was prepared in 2020 as part of the implementation of the Ku-ring-gai Local Strategic Planning Statement. The Strategy investigates the current state of Ku-ring-gai’s retail and commercial centres and identifies the future role and function of each centre. At OMC 25 August 2020, Council adopted the draft Strategy for exhibition. The report and draft Strategy can be viewed here. Following public exhibition, the Strategy was received and noted at the OMC 8 December 2020. The report can be viewed here.
