On 15 November 2022 (OMC Resolution(PDF, 84KB)Council resolved to halt the divestment of 47 Warrane Road, Roseville Chase in order to consider land use options for the site which incorporated a combination of public open space and R3 Medium Density Residential. Draft land use options are currently being prepared and will be reported to Council later this year.
