Youth mental health first aid

In partnership with EPIC (Empowering Parents in Crisis), become a certified Mental Health First Aider to support a young person in need.

The course is free and includes self-paced e-learning modules and a face-to-face workshop at St Ives Youth Hub. Certification facilitated by EPIC parents.

The Youth Mental Health First Aid course teaches participants how to provide initial support to a young person (aged 12–18) who may be experiencing a mental health problem or mental health crisis, until professional help is received, or the crisis resolves.
